Our journey to bring Indian grazing to life
Rasāa started with a simple, stubborn belief: Indian food deserves to be experienced, not just served. Growing up around Indian kitchens, food was emotion, memory, celebration, comfort, and conversation. When traditional catering felt reduced to trays and transactions – functional, predictable, forgettable – we saw an opportunity.
We wanted to create something that honours the depth of Indian flavours while presenting them in a modern, luxurious, and immersive way. Grazing tables felt like the perfect canvas, and Rasāa was born to bring bold, vibrant, and unapologetically Indian representation to this format. The name Rasāa comes from 'rasa' — the essence, the emotion, the taste that lingers. We aim to deliver an experience that engages all five senses.
